What will your work look like?
Your task will be to maintain contacts in partner business with our existing customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, as well as to look for new business opportunities and manage their implementation from a commercial point of view. You will be travelling and will be greatly supported by the technical sales support department (lighting technicians) as well as the sales assistant. You can devote yourself fully to the business as follows:
- Nurture existing business partners to distribute our products.
- Seek and acquire acquisitions, new business opportunities.
- Create offers for business partners.
- Develop partnerships with architects and structural engineers.
- Collaborate on the implementation of marketing activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues internally. (engineers, logistics, planning, production).
What should your skills look like?
Experience in pursuing business opportunities and conducting business meetings in German. Ability to actively seek new business opportunities for large contracts. Important for us are:
- Experience in a sales position in the lighting industry is an advantage, or in a similar technical field.
- Experience in a project-based industry (e.g. construction).
- Sense of systematic business work.
- Ability to attract and sell both high-end and luxury products.
- Knowledge of advanced business German and ideally also English.
